I do not like crew cabs because of the space the vehicle/wheelbase they add without any value to me, yet I completely see their value for those with families, dogs, or other passengers. What are the reasons that you are warming up to a crew cab and how will you use it other than passengers?

That price is more than cost to convert a new one and end up with a better four wheel drive system and suspension.

Yes, one should check the ratings for use with coolant and temps that engine operates in plus a safety factor. The fittings I used were all rated for this use. McMaster Carr and other supplies provide good information on use and ratings to help select appropriate materials.
