Awesome setup!
What alucab tent was that? It May just be the fairing up front but looks great and unique.
Do you have any other seating options in the back?
GLWS!
Wow, amazing work! In the US that van would have been junked...but you turned it around and made it "new" again!
Silly question- doesn't Germany/ EU have really strict emission regulations? Any issues with all the exhaust work you did?
after so many hours and years of work...enjoy! Post some...
The color looks awesome- is it paint or wrap? And did you guys do it?
SEMA build = awesome... what RTT is that? Hard to see from the pic. And looks like a paint job there too, right?
(If there is a good place to get these details elsewhere so you don't have to answer my qs here again just let...
thats been my exact thought process/ rational... I started with the used search, and anything that caught my eye was 50k or more.
Ive liked this thread though! It's been good to see the ads "curated" in a thread like this.
I agree 100%...it's part of the value of this forum, to be able to go back years and see what a particular build sells for over the years.
Sellers...please consider keeping at least listing price for the benefit of the community!
I think the price seems reasonable...a stock '14 would probably be around 20k, maybe less but not by much (from someone you'd want to buy from at least..). Mileage seems reasonable, and the add ons are worth the money you put in.
perhaps more details on things like:
- what are the 'custom'...
Agreed, but this is exactly what seems sketchy... curious if other agencies are better and more direct?
I know people who are still arguing with State Farm from wildfires burning down their whole house, 3 years later. These vans are luxury toys, and I don't want to sign up for a headache over a...
Hey all- getting ready to do an e350 4x4 conversion, and eventually will add a topper (pop top or hard, tbd), and a modular interior build that allows the van to be a people hauler on weekdays and l easily convert to a camper on weekends.
I'll be building this out over time, but obviously at...
Looking good! What is the black stuff along the base...looks like paint? Adhesive?
that van was in bad shape, lots of work to get it looking livable again.
do you have a plan for the headliner?
Awesome rig! I'm just down the road in BZN....feels like I've seen it around, maybe even pulling people out of ditches at the park hah!
just making sure Ive got it correct- seats 3, sleeps 4?
GLWS!
Damn, I have a '21 tremor and would definitely have preferred the 5.0... it's nice to have that torque but I really have never needed it. A winch and a simplified engine >>> torque.
Plus, I could have saved a few $$$ it seems.
