Found a killer deal on a ford F350 7.3 gas. It has the 3.73 rear end. Wanted the 4.30. Price of pickup I can pay for regear. There is an option for 4.88 aftermarket. Going to 37in tires with fulltime camper. Did 4.88 on a 6 speed. Curious about the 10 if anyone has experience

Yes it will get a flatbed with an Aterra camper. Full time second home. I have had diesel and know what they bring to the table. Lot of people like the price and simple of the 7.3. Wanted some real world answers

Yes agree. The Ford locking rear axle is nice and more options for gearing with bigger tires. Ram in 40’s looks sweet. No good regear options yet

No this is a true second home. I have had a FWC, Lance, hallmark… they just don’t fit the needs
