Lot more rust than i thought, but i got some work done: My "shop":

Started working on it today: Not the nicest work, but it`s the first time i`m doing bodywork, and you won`t see it anyways...

The first parts came in today: Picked the van up today. Drove it home about 300km without any problems... :wings:

Placed a huge order today: new welder, undercoating, rocker guard, bondo, lot of bodywork tools, safety stuff, etc.... Should be a lot of packages coming in next week... :Wow1: :ylsmoke:

Got a smoking deal on those HID lights a few weeks ago: This is how they look: Can`t use the mounting bracket, so i removed them: All the lights i`m going to mount:

Well, this is the way it goes... The worst thing is that i loose a lot of money, people just don`t pay all the stuff i added. But, i knew that before...

What is "here"? At least in Canada I've seen lots of them, and this made me buy one...

Thanks guys... TÜV shouldn`t be a big problem. Suspension wise it`s fine. There`s a little play in the passenger side front wheel bearing that`s all. I can just readjust this... The rust looks bad, but it`s only the big spot on the driver side where the duct tape is. Also in the inner wheel...

Me too... There`s a possible buyer stopping by in about half an hour...

Here`s a picture of the rear brake assembly: The scooter has about 20km on it, without any problems. I think i`m going to paint it soon... Here`s a picture of me arriving back in the valley. No pictures of the gravel roads, because i was there alone... The brake sure got a lot of use:

Hi, no specific ideas around those places... But there`s no problem going in the alps without a 4x4, that`s for sure. But remember that almost all the passes are closed during winter, so summer would be the better option...

I'm interested to see how this is coming out. I always wanted to build something like this...
