Yeah that's what my wifes cousin said. I tightened it enough to get the bushing and the washer to sit together. Maybe 4 complete turns. I didn't feel like it was overly tight but also have no idea what I'm doing lol

That’s exactly what I did. Allen on top and tightened it. It was loose. It appears to be mostly fixed.
It occurred to me that my wife’s cousin works at fox as an engineer. I called him and talked to him about it and sent the pics. He said he can’t imagine the washer would be put in wrong but...
So with the help of my dad I finally found the suspension noise I have been complaining about. Thought it was coming from the leaf springs but it turns out it is coming from the front shocks. Passenger side to be exact.
The large top bolt for the strut is somehow loose and I have no idea why...

I used to get very nervous driving in sand because I didnt want to get stuck. After getting stuck in sand on a few occasions you learn it's not that bad. A little work and you're free. Much better than mud or rocks
BOOM! Stoked on these sliders! Took me about 3 hours to install. Ran into some issues with my RCI skid plates. Had to cut out a few minor spots for slider bracket figment and I did it by myself and these suckers are heavy, about 120 lbs each. Few bloody knuckles and a few swear words later they...

My leafs are back to squeaking. Thinking now it might be the bushing. Going to try to somehow record the underneath when I drive and see if I can pinpoint it. Kind of hard to do that I assume. From driving with windows down it does seem like it's coming more from passenger side than driver side...
