Lol, yeah I bet they did. They get to walk and their customers get screwed.
In today's world these people ripping others off thinking the law protects them are forgetting that modern society has lost it's damn mind. If people will act like animals over a political candidate I wouldn't sleep...
Curiosity got the better of me so I asked a friend to go by their shop in gastonia since she has contracts in the area. She said she walked the perimeter of the building including the back and said and I quote "the only life I saw was a stray dog walking thru the parking lot"
If you people...
I reached out a year ago when I noticed the non user serviceable polyurethane started falling apart. I even called energy suspension to see if I could purchase the poly bushing direct, try to get it pressed on locally. They said call cu offroad. So I called and emailed again. Crickets.
Same maintenance here. Started falling apart after three trips, two of which were less than 500 miles. No email, no phone call, no give a ******** from cu offroad. Lots of people have had the same experience. Spoke to three people in Vermont last week who had similar issues. All had zero...
You do NOT want a max coupler. Mine started falling apart after 3 months, 3 trips. Zero customer support as well. No experience with the lock/roll but from those I've met with them they have described it as "It's needy, finicky but seems to work ok" and that's better than anything I can say...
Anyone that asks for a deposit then tells you it will be a year for anything is running a soft pyramid scheme period. Got $20 that says they chapt 7, fold and walk with all that money and their personal assets.
I don't understand why the limitations. If someone can drop a half million or more on a globex etc why not let the prevost, newmar, american coach etc people participate? Sounds pretty elitist and petty. I thought with overlanding it doesn't matter what you drive?
Have punished mine for 4 years. Guess that comes with wheeling with 4runners, rovers . It's seen clay in the south, swampy muck up north, dust and rain and works every time. Guess i could have got a badland or what ever from trac supply or hf but I don't have the time to get winches...
A buddy works for a motorcoach dealer/service center that caters to the nascar crowd. Their starting rate for motor, electrical is $175/hr. This is on 1.2 mil dollar rv's so it's just pocket change really.
Have to see if I have the email but when we started trailer research in '15 we were told you still owned the company but had others running day to day op's. Just fyi.
There are good and bad like all brands. Some are total scum and others are great. Just have to play their bs game which sometimes requires being a ********.
Call their bluff. Tell them to put in writing there is a major safety related item that falls under an active FCA recall and they are refusing to fix said major safety item due to unrelated modifications covered under the mag/moss act. Then ask for the dealer area managers name and contact...
Do they salt the roads in Idaho? If there is ANY rust it will double or triple in the next two of three years in Pa.
Call a dealer, then another dealer then some place like aamco for the cost of a rebuild or reman trans and you will most likely get your answer.
Could it be the valve body, a...
If that's the rockslide caddy I've had one for a couple of years and have used two, two gal at the same time and one 4 gal with and without a 2 gal at the same time. Never moved over trips from an hour to 2500 miles. Only thing I wonder about is the longevity of the fabric material being exposed...
