I've never used the oil monitor.
Oil gets changed around 4k never past 5k and use a fuel additive in the hopes of preventing a CP4 failure.
Also use Forscan.
Pintle is easier to use but needs more hitch weight to keep it from rattling. I have a 1000lb trailer for my dirt bike with a 2" ball that rattles horribly because there isn't enough hitch weight. Even the ball mounts shakes in the receiver.
rnArmy's trailer has the axle further back plus a...
Water (PEX) lines/filter/pumps/heaters will not drain. The water has to be removed. People either use RV antifreeze or blow the system out with air.
Air is the fastest for start up/shut down in freezing temperatures.
Traps for the sink/shower need antifreeze/windshield fluid or can be drained...
Looking at the trailers you're considering it looks like the carrying capacity is 800lb-1000lbs.
Water at 8.3lbs/gal
Off road you pack more stuff so it doesn't take much to surpass the carrying capacity of these built (kitchen/washroom) out trailers.
Full waste tanks can take up 1/3-1/2 of...

A custom panel can be made with breakers and switches from...
Dumping that Progressive panel and going all Bluesea will allow everthing to be incorporated. Much more professional than mix & match devices with wiring crossing back and forth.
.....and try a RV style knife gate valve for the grey tank drain.
That back of the exposed transfer switch is an accident wating to happen so is 110V wiring in a compartment that's not protected.
It's a good idea to use different color wire for AC and DC cabling.
