Wow. Sounds awesome. Any pictures of the propex installed? Your Jeep sounds pretty similar to what I have envisioned for my own.

My current plan is to stick with the stock Rubicon 32" tires, and either add an OME lift to compensate for the extra weight and get the belly of the JK a little more off the ground or go with the AEV 2" coil lift if that ever hits the market any time soon.

Just measured my garage. Floor to the lowest portion of the raised door is 6' 9". The Habitat and 37"s combo are out of the picture for me. As a reference, my stock Rubicon with a softtop measured 6'.
