    Tribe EX500

I'm trying to hold back on my questions until they release the video/specs... if this thing has good bones (insulated well, has a solid frame) and comes in at a low price point I wouldn't mind buying it knowing eventually the suspension, hitch, stove etc would have to be upgraded sort of like...

    Tribe EX500

This thing is cool… 55k seems like a good place to be. 65k and I’d have a lot of trouble not just buying an eos-12. Is it insulated/will it have tank heaters?

Wanting to make my plywood on my trailer waterproof/weather proof. Paint? Epoxy?

Exactly, it would help with strength but not sealing it against moisture…

Wanting to make my plywood on my trailer waterproof/weather proof. Paint? Epoxy?

I used west systems epoxy to glass over plywood when I rebuilt the roof of an old pop top trailer. I finished it with a white roof sealant for Fiberglass RVs and I had it for 4 years after the redo, stored outside for 3 and it looked essentially the same when I sold it. I don’t think the...

    2023 UEV-14

They are definitely obnoxious as hell, if I was going to use AC on the regular I might consider that. I find when I’m camping I usually have the heater on and when it’s hot I can make do with a fan and open windows most the time. I’m sure that’s not the case in a lot of the southern US though.

    2023 UEV-14

Agreed, all those campers with a decent inventory seem poised to nose dive in price over the next 6-12 months. I’m planning on holding out until the dust of the post covid buying frenzy settles a bit. Not sure if the small volume high demand units like Boreas will drop much, I wonder what their...

    2023 UEV-14

Agree it should have lithium at that price. 500W would be better, would rather just have one 12V fridge/freezer and put that $ into the electrical system. Running AC off the batteries for more than an hour or two is a huge commitment though, I if you’re not spending a substantial part of the...

    2023 UEV-14

Main issue with the dweller 15 for me is weight. Max tow for me is 7700 lbs, the 4300 dry weight of the UEV is appealing and probably the max I would consider with my current vehicle. Can’t do the D13 because I have two kids that need to sleep in the trailer until they are hitting their teens or...

    2023 UEV-14

Anybody else seen the ROA video on this one? I really like the looks of the layout/use of space. Only downside in my eyes is the table has to be collapsed every night, if it was just me I’d probably sleep on the secondary bed. Don’t think my wife and I would fit on that one together though. 70k...

    Kingdom Camping Trailers

Sounds intriguing. Their current large trailer is on my short list. Did you have a chance to see one of their models in person yet? I’d be interested what you thought of the build quality. Not sure insulation inside the studs will help. The cold/heat would just conduct around the insulation...

    Imperial Outdoors Xplore XR22

With TGK on this one. Although with no windows you can just camp in your driveway and never know the difference!! I kid. But half of being in these places is soaking up the view for me. All the better if you can do it while you’re inside as well
