Cherokee TH wins and it is not that far offthe Quadra Lift GC numbers...Quadra Lift does win in the Ground Clearance though.
Quadra Lift GC:
Ground Clearance = 11.6 inches
Approach = 35.9
Breakover = 25.1
Departure = 29.2
JKU as a comparison
GC = 10 inches
Approach = 44.3
Breakover = 40.4...
This affects QT2 as well....I should have posted this here sooner as well. I have been watching this issue blow up on jeep forum and I have NOT taken my WK to a dealer and WILL NOT until the issue is resolved.
Throw enough money into and yes you probably could get a manual transmission put in...I believe there is a 6 speed manual option for the European Sprinter, the manual did not come to NA.
Road blocks:
- WK footwell not designed for clutch pedal
- Limited amount of room for clutch cylinder...
Why not a lightly used 2005-2010 WK....they are an IFS/Straight Axle suspension so you get a mannered ride on the road, but cheaper options when upgrading the suspension. You can also get the fr/rear electronic lockers on the WK...not an option on the WK2.

He mentioned that the GC does have the QuadraDrive Lift Suspensions....which in this case may provide him what he is looking for....I did think JKU, but maybe the GC will work.
