I used numerica credit union (northwest) and they based the loan off of comparable vans. So if you can find other vans for sale in similar price range they will do it. Worked for me at least and I had never banked with them before. Higher interest rate due to “unique collateral“

Oh gotcha, I assume you are asking about Dinosaur NM? The road we explored had a sign that said “high clearance 4x4s only, no trailers, impassable when wet” That being said it wasn’t terrible. One really steep section, a few small washout and canyons. But I’m pretty sure they grade the road.

Not necessarily on the highway but we have been in places already where 4x4 was necessary.

2013 quadvan 5.4 with 4.10 gears Just got back from about a 4000 mile trip from WA to CO, all around CO, and then back to WA. Lots of mountain passes and freeway cruising. I averaged about 12.5 mpg mostly. Sometimes 13. I cruise at 70 on the freeway though, right at 2000 rpms.
