    Flyingwil's Taco is growing up!

Wil that's a nice looking bumper! Just curious...in that third shot what is the hole in the bumper for? BTW, Slee did email me back and I may try to build my design off that style. Doesn't seem overly complicated. Am building in Inventor right now.

    Before and After

299$ for a front bar?!? Hooooly cow that's pretty freaking cheap! It'd almost be worth it to buy a couple and resell them later. X is coming along! If you need a place to hold up for a night on your way to Mexico, I'm in San Antonio and could probably accommodate you.

    Landcruiser Expedition Model Toy

and this one... image deleted BTW, Walthers (Model railroad supplier) has them listed for 23.99. They also had a Mercedes Benz with that same roof rack. Looked kinda snazzy. I actually have one and put bigger tires on it.

    Powdercoat Armor or Rattle Can?

Now maybe you guys can change my mind but...I've had Line-X'd equipment, I've had powder-coated equipment, none of them held up to some serious rock scraping. I was told several times to go back and have it repaired. That takes time and it wasn't too close to the house so out came the rattle can.

    Powdercoat Armor or Rattle Can?

I rattle canned mine for a couple of reasons - it's cheap; multiple coats can be pretty strong, very easy to repair, and oh yeah, it's cheap and I can do it myself.

    Flyingwil's Taco is growing up!

I could. I don't personally have the equipment but have a friend where I built the bumper who does. PM me and we'll talk.

    Flyingwil's Taco is growing up!

Man that tire carrier is gonna be incredible! What do you think the odds are of CBI allowing me to copy and build my own like that? That exactly what I've been trying to rig up but haven't been able to figure out the hinge section.
