    Mounting your remote display

Mine's on a RAM arm mounted to the Oh **** bar. Not exactly elegant, but does the job. IMG_1414 by bj70_guy, on Flickr IMG_1412 by bj70_guy, on Flickr

    ARB fridge Slide in Truck

I have an ARB fridge slide in my BJ74 and yes it works great. When I got my HDJ81 the storage unit had been built too small in the fridge section to accommodate an ARB slide, so I made one with 2 heavy duty 400 lb locking Accuride slides and a piece of plywood. So far working great, and about...

    Toyota LandCruiser HDJ81 VX LTD

I've watched your mud thread - nice truck. The fact Tor did the swap is a big win. That it has a G turbo and especially the Wholesale trans are VERY big wins. I'm loving the 81. After 23 years in a BJ70 then a BJ74, it's like driving a Caddy. It's really night and day. Mine came already...

    Alternative to ARB fridge slide

It's been installed since last summer, fridge never comes out of the truck. I think the ARB weighs around 50 lb? Fill it with beer and bacon maybe adds 15-20? Don't know, never weighed it. The slides are rated to 400lb in standard configuration. Mounting them flat downgrades the weight rating...

    ARB 50qt or Dometic 50qt?

Engel has their fridges on sale right now, get the tried and true 45 qt for $660: http://www.engelcoolers.com/fridge-freezers/shop-by-fridge-freezer/portable-top-loading/mt45f-u1 With that deal on I'd be hard pressed to drop an extra $200 on the ARB, though the free transit bag from OK4WD is a...

    Alternative to ARB fridge slide

My HDJ81 had a custom storage system already made and installed when I got it - the builder had a spot for the fridge, but didn't make it wide enough to fit an ARB fridge slide. My solution was a set of 400 lb locking Accuride slides mounted flat, and a piece of plywood. So far so good.

    Rear Awning ?

Thule rack. No idea what the brackets are, the rear awning and racks came with the truck. It's a pretty janky set up, the brackets that attach to the rail have a post that points up, and the piece that bolts to the awning rail has a piece of square tubing on them that sits over top of the post...

    Rear Awning ?

It's a 55" CVT and lives on the truck full time, along with a 6' Ironman on the driver's side.
