    WeBoost

I have the same set up but I added the flat panel directional antenna as well. The flat panel does not work as advertised at all! It’s better then the smaller antenna but you still have to be within 2’ of it and sometimes I have to sit the phone directionally on top of the antenna. I’m gonna...

    I.D this antenna

Saw this truck on the way home from the mountains today. Any idea why type of antenna that is? Looks like a CB antenna next to it mounted on the roof.

I’m open to any and all options. Right now I just the front receiver hitch with shackle so I need a plan B incase that fails.

Soft Bridal Strap For Sprinter Van?

Exactly what I needed to know! I though they were similar as j-hooks and chain just soft so you don’t damage anything. Would I be better off with steel j-hooks and chain? My van is unibody so I’m sure there’s holes underneath to attach the hooks etc

Soft Bridal Strap For Sprinter Van?

I don’t have any aftermarket tow hooks up front. My van came with a threaded tow eye that screws into the front bumper but that’s only rated for winching up on a flat bed etc. I just ordered an aluminess front receiver hitch kit so that will give me a shackle up front. I’m interested in...

Soft Bridal Strap For Sprinter Van?

Besides the training, which I agree with, is there any specific reason why these straps wouldn’t work? I talked to the guys at BA products and they recommended them.

Soft Bridal Strap For Sprinter Van?

I’ve seen these bridal straps used effectively in various situations but I’ve never seen one used with a Sprinter van. By recovery i mean a light pull out of sand or snow, nothing crazy. My van is 2wd and we mainly travel on forest roads here in Pa. 1- is this something I should carry in my...

    An Axe - Seriously?

Thankfully, we don’t have that problem here in Pa. I don’t think I could go in the woods without a nice fire.

    Speedair Air Compressor?

No specs other than 1/2hp 8.5amps. That top label just lists psi for various things like, tires, rafts etc etc. I have a 2000watt Victron inverter/Charger with 250lifepo4. Ive used the compressor a few times over the last few years and it’s worked well and does a decent job of inflating...

    Foldable/Inflatable Boats?

The entire thing folds up too a tight package that fits easily and out of the way inside the van. Perfect balance between capability, size and ease of use for what we need. They say it’s rated for 900lbs total so that should be enough for some flat water camping once we get out west again.

    Foldable/Inflatable Boats?

The material is pretty thick so dog friendly for us with our Shortybull, she just sat in the front so no problems. I don’t know how it would work out with a larger dog that liked to jump around. It is an inflatable boat after all so you have to be mindful of your dogs nails etc.

    Foldable/Inflatable Boats?

We went with the Sea Eagle TC16. incredible boat! This is my first experience with drop strip technology. The canoe is as stiff as a foam boogie board! We took it out on the lake and it handled well and with both of us paddling it got up to speed quickly. The only downside is that with...

    ID This Snatch Block

I was digging through my stuff and found this large snatch block. weighs 20lbs, no markings that I can see and the top opens up so you slip a cable on. Any ideas on the maker or a rough estimate on working limits ?

    Foldable/Inflatable Boats?

That’s a nice option but we have a dog and would need to bring some gear as well. I’m looking into Sea Eagle Kyaks now. The 2 person canoe isnt cheap but it would be perfect for us and the dog. We could also do some flat water camping as well. https://www.seaeagle.com/TravelCanoe/TC16
