I wouldn't trust the insulation on jumper cables to hold up to being out in the elements and a lot of jumper cable wire diameter is not up to what is advertised on the package. I would use welding cable, it is very flexible and the insulation is very robust

I agree 100 percent with the 2 posts above. If you want to stick with the stock hangers just play with removing different leafs but if you want the best ride go with some form of YJ leafs, even consider stock height

The most compact and lightest way to build it is in one piece. If you don't mind heavier and taller by a few inches then body on frame has many advantages

I didn't notice this before but your axle/suspension is really boogered up. You have what apears to be a 4 inch dropped axle and then super long shackles to raise it back up. I would recommend buying a new straight axle with brakes and then shorten up the shackles

That Ford plug is rated for 150 watts which is next to nothing. The other is rated for 15 amps which would probably cover any load . How many watts or amps do you have available?
