I never had any major water problems. I used the supplied stitching sealant and things have been dry. Now I do have a couple of openings in the front corners where the ST meets bed. No biggie to me. Of course I say this right after I rolled up the sides and rear this morning then four...

I agree with Hattrick on 1 and 2. On a side note...ever think of just 32's? Larger tires will definitely prematurely your TRE's as well as BJ's. If you crank too much watch out for killing CV's as well. Also some people have been known to have problems getting everything back in alignment...
