Does Partner Steel make a single-burner stove?

FWIW, I was informed by Partner Steel quick propane connects don't flow high pressure adequately for their burners. Have you experienced lower BTU output using quick connects?

    Automhome Columbus Variant - Review

Did they <finally> start using zippers for the bug screen closure instead of velcro (a RPITA BTW)? And did Autohome opt for a more quiet fabric for the walls (mine is noisy AF)?

How is everyone attaching their stoves to sliders?

For some/most of the cooking I do ala trail camping its very nice to have a level/near level stove. For my needs, I'd use a cam strap to secure the stove to the slide out tray for 'in transit' mode. Then leveler feet I've installed on every stove I've owned/own to easily adjust to level in camp.

Looking for suggestions for 270 awning. Bunduawn?

Just got back from a trip and one of my buddies had the Rhino 270 awning with the zipper-on/off walls. Zipper on/off walls made attaching/detaching, even in a wind, easy-peasy and quick. Wouldn't want velcro in this application but it befuddles me why so many awning mfgs use it for this...

New awning...I may have found mine

Just got back from a trip and a good buddy had the Rhino 270 awning. I liked how fast & easy it was to zip on the walls as/if needed. Alu-Cab along with Kinsmen (maybe others too) utilize hook & loop ("velcro") to attach the wall panels to the awning. I much prefer the zipper. It just...

Sawtooth Unlimited - Off Road Pop Top Camper Trailer

I use a metal specific chop saw and I used to have a horizontal band saw (preferred for most metal cuts). Using an angle grinder works...but it gets old in a hurry. FWIW I hated the aluminum spool gun when I had my MM252. I actually am better and faster using my GTAW on aluminum; its...

    Roof Top Tents and wind

Authohome Maggiolina was, from a wind noise perspective, the most impervious to wind noise due to the nearly 'tight as a drum' walls of all the RTT's I've owned and used. Its fairly easy to determine if a RTT/tent is going to be noisy in the wind...by looking at how loose or taut the fabric of...

    Coffee Makers?

Like my GrandPa used to tell me when I was a whole lot younger : "Danny, the best is...what you like". And that applies to most everything...and certainly all things coffee bean related. For me, I'm not a coffee drinker per se. But espresso is my game; at home and when traveling...

    Coffee Makers?

I'm not a pour over brewer but with a flat bottom on the SeaToSummit device and cone shaped filters how does that work?

Importing an Australian made off-road trailer

And 'Mericans typically fall into the "bigger is better" coupled with "quantity over quality" categories. Big houses, with crappy windows, floor covering, etc etc. Big RV trailers with multiple pop-outs, wimpy tires, big screen TVs, granite this & that...and all made of cheap materials that...

Importing an Australian made off-road trailer

Importing an Australian made off-road trailer

Although its been at least 2-years since I e-mailed Track about importing one of their TVAN trailers (one of my favorite trailers...) I was told they had no plans to import to the USA. Too bad, as it seems like a very well thought out and mfg'd trailer!

Sawtooth Unlimited - Off Road Pop Top Camper Trailer

We've been shopping for another trailer and this one checks most if not all my boxes. Love the narrow and long dimensions, interior layout, near full size door, etc. I still find it rather depressing no commercial interests are offering something similar here in the US. I've thought about...

Suggestions for my 7x16 single axle toyhauler build.

130 gallons of water...is a ton of water. Actually 1/2 ton :) 2-1/2 gallons of water per shower is a very nice camp style shower for me/us. That would be 40 days straight! And where would you put a 100-gallon container for said shower water?

    Overlanding pop up camper

My experience with trailers (ditto my tow rig), all things dust trail/road related: The rear gets covered in thick dust due to the lower air pressure etc. Side doors are generally run cleaner than rear doors on trailers in dusty conditions. I get the usefulness of the rear door's awning and...

    GFC vs. Vagabond

^ Sorry, I was replying to robbiefox's post above. The AT Summit appears to be shorter front to back (haven't seen a measurement though). And the tent portion appears to not hinge open or as high as the Drifter.

    GFC vs. Vagabond

Looks like Drifter tent raises higher and is longer over cab dimensions (longer sleeping bed area with hop down opening at foot of bed for those middle night pee breaks, more soft for racks, solar, etc). All better in my book.
