Yup. I saw that. But with a composite box this light you really don’t need a 450 or 550. 350 would be plenty. However the chassis cabs for the 350 don’t go beyond 8 feet I think. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I totally agree here. At least a few people on this forum (@montypower comes to mind) have basically done just this. Bought 2020 F350 XL 6.2L gassers for 40k, thrown 25kish in upgrades at them and had a way nicer version of what you see in this thread. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Different states and localities have different laws around emissions standards. In my home state (Colorado) they are very strict. There is no way in hell I’d be able to pass an emissions check with the delete mod, and thus would have no way to register the vehicle. There’s really no way around...

I agree that it will probably be derated, but that’s nothing that a tune can’t fix. The 7.3 is easily tuneable. As for mileage, yeah we are all just speculating at this point. The 7.3 is pretty efficient for a big block v8 but how bad could it be? Like 7 or 8 mpg? Sent from my iPhone using...
