Anthony

I love Tassie its one of my favorite places on earth - but I must say even the water up here is warmer than...
Running along the spine of the peninsula up to exmouth is Cape Range it doesnt look like much from ground level but once you get up on to the scenery is stunning
Adrian
glad you could make it
you might notice the weather weve turned on for you, but dont worry its all part of the service
if your planning on coming south to exmouth and beyond you might want to check the availability of camps at cape range, otherwise it'll cost a motza in town.
another...
quobba which is just a tad north of carnarvon
its home to a spectacular set of blowholes
to maintain the theme i thought id park the truck in frame and wait, and wait, and weait
the minute the swell came up and the blowhole spouted some numpty walked into my shot
so ive added one from the edge...
.....been under the pump the last few weeks.
sorry to hear that john, even though I enjoy work i'd hate to do it for a living,
hows this for an idea
going by the interest my truck gets as i travel around rough as it is
I think it a prudent move if ATW set you up with a vehicle and pay you to...
Magnificent shot. Is that one frame cropped or several images stitched together?
Anthony
the sunset pic of Mt Augustus is stiched
since some numpty dropped his 80mm lense emmiting a heartbreaking cracking sound I now have to use my 200mm lense for default shooting
for stitch shots its not...
Where are you now?

WRT the deep red soil
the 6 hours it took to clean the truck of said deep red soil kinda makes it all worth while :victory:
Hey John
thanks for the heads up
had a quick look as internet reception allowed
I must say, that is one impressive set up
Ditto on a visit down under
maybe ATW could work out a sponsorship deal - maybe a BBQ at Yandina if Doug brings his truck out, that should get him on the boat
BTW hows the...
great set up - neat and tidy, the thing i like it covers all the bases but still gives the appearance of lots of space
although you could do with just a couple more switches :)
WRT the inclinometers and your wifes muscle control - I find its best not to give them a gauge with which to measure...
[B]WHAT PRICE A FISH DINNER ?[/[/SIZE]B]
pulled up in Gladstone for a couple of days, camped right next to the water but unfortunatley it didnt lend itself to fishing from the shoreline
but the dragon likes the idea of fresh fish for dinner
so off with the boat
this is achieved by firstly off...
how about 6.5 litres of supercharged chev muscle
not sure if one would fit
but hey if it did ????
of course you'd have to change the chain and sprockets
great link
ive only ever heard of the twin stick shift, never actually seen one in action
kinda makes driving a ranger or spicer a piece of cake
I particularly like the one arm through the wheel both hands on the gear shifts method
well done
Adrian
a picture tells a thousand words
some big cheesy photos from a proud father would be appreciated
Im aiming on doing the same to my FG when i make it to yandina and would love some decent user feedback
BTW what sort of difference to lift has the spring pack made?
anything has to be an...

we are 4 months in and so far only moved about 3000k's
once again "sorry"
gareth
I went through the motions when i built my FG
most insurers (computer systems) wont accept the FG as anything else but a comercial vehicle and no matter how much i argued the fact that its private they wouldny wear it
my only option was CMCA (ken tame)
apart from the fact they accept FG's...
Militarily it boils down to the simple truth; those who do not evolve die off.
this might be the case if your wearing green cams
but for those uf us that wear grey (that use to be blue) the simple truth is if you cant evolve sell it to the RAN
they'll buy any old rubbish
youll have to post a pic or 2
