Got mine from Torque Tight, they sell 10 packs. If it matters to you, they might well not be exactly the same color, looks like they cut them out of different sheets of plastic, so if you want orange, you might get some fluorescent orange, some burnt orange, and some international orange LOL...

How does your set up differ from the ATW?

It's definitely the cap that's leaking. Does yours thread on, or just clip on? The one I've got clips on, there's no o-ring, and it's somewhat loose to begin with. Still in good condition, pliable, easy on/off, looks pretty new....but doesn't give a good seal.
