Mock - what I see as more of an issue is the limited upward travel of the stock system (and, to an extent, of the parabolics too). The shocks won't do anything to help with bottoming out, at least they shouldn't...unless they're specifically designed to act as limiters. I've got the parabolics...

I opted for a TW200 to go with the Fuso build, I like the primitive aspect of the bike.

Have you tried Gulfway, out of Florida? They insure race vehicles, and support vehicles, plus transporters, etc. When I had my M35A2 and Unimogs on the road, Gulfway had no issues insuring them.

How are the shocks working out for you so far?

I've got the same....element stuck on bottom of pan, and an additional one for the block. Heated mirrors too.Same wiring.

Once you get it open, take a close look at that red coating...it might just be a paint. Some of the NATO cans that made it over here have a red paint coat inside. Personally, I'd never use Kreem. I'd just get the interior as clean as possible (chain agitation, some white vinegar, etc), and...
