Full-sized options are being considered by Alu-Cab, but given the work to engineer, re-tool, etc. it will be at least 12-24 months before we see anything come to market. This was the update I received as recently as a week ago. So for now, if you want a Khaya, sell that big truck (which is too...
Nobody has installed a Khaya on any full size rig yet.
The bed dimensions are just so different it would take custom mounts and pretty elaborate spacer kit...and would not look right unless really well engineered and executed.
There is one more loaded 4 Sleeper Khaya model available that is equipped exactly the same as this one with the addition of the new "air assist" feature which raises the wedge with the flip of a switch. Contact me directly for further info. This unit could be delivered and installed before...
I had a customer who ordered this but due to a change in circumstances would like to bow out. So you can avoid the wait of pre-ordering, and I'll kick in a $275 side cabinet at N/C to sweeten the deal. Here are the specs;

When I had a Khaya on this truck the gas mileage really suffered...especially on trips where long elevated climbs and headwinds were at play. In fact on the way back from OX West crossing the Mohave I was down to 9 MPG...and my truck is a 6sp manual so I can control the shift points. I'me sure...
After having both the Khaya & now the Canopy Camper, I must say I agree. Don't get me wrong...the Khaya camper w/ all it's features (hot H2O, Furnace, etc.) is a very slick set-up....but like any fully self-contained slide-in unit, it is a heavy bugger and not conducive to the places I like to...
After having it sold 3 times to buyers who all had to back out for various reasons and selling my last Khaya camper I decided to put it on my shop truck.
Hey all...there is one Khaya 2 sleeper (Prime Plus) with all available options that is up for grabs due to land in the US in 6 weeks. Production lead time for new orders is still about 5 months, so if you want a 2 sleeper Khaya this fall, this is the last opportunity to one without the long...
