I will put in my 2cents...the Seq. was what I was going after to start out but I bought the sub. mainly because of the price diff......with that in mind the seq. has two big flaws lower ball joints~ when they fail its can be catastrophic for who ever is in the cab and the water/timing issues...
LOL yes and no on the spindles, the 4x4 spindle actually increase the distance between upper and lower ball joint to make up distance of the bracket lift so the unit bearing stays the same distance from the lower arm. The 2wd spindle actually lowers the unit bearing making it closer to the lower...
got the front end aligned today....took all of 15 minutes it wasn't out bad and all he had to touch was the camber... I hate not being able to do something my self but for 50 bucks why not.
put a fatty on the back of any truck and it looks off-roadish… one thing I love about the suburban is I can have a work bench and seat and stay out of the rain if needed...
Great buy on the winch. the thing I don't like about the hidden winch brackets for our trucks is they are made to sit level with the bottom of the air dam on the stock bumper...way to low if you actually use the truck for anything but ranch duties.
They pretty much are! I've not hear any bad things about them. There is a gin company local that will not buy any thing but a F250 with the 5.4, most of them have well over 400,000 miles on them. I know that did not answer your question but I thought that was something to share.
I cannot believe how well the quadrasteer trucks turned out as good as they did, my supervisors, supervisors, supervisor...has one with 400,000 miles on it and the only problems is the rust...
yeah seeing as the only ones I could find for sale was $125 I have about $7 in material and 2 hours labor in them. Although I should have made mine like the ones I found for sale would have been much easier.
