    So earlier on in a post I mentioned about a grunting feeling and sound in my power steering and narrowed it down to the steering box, a couple of months ago I pumped the fluid out of the reservoir "and if you remember I put new fluid in it when the HP line blew...." I refilled it with Lucas...

    Did that Setina push bar come with a winch mount already on it? if so Ive seen a couple of them fail when worked hard and understand why you went with one mounted between the frame!

    Rayra I too like the Monstaliner , I plan on doing the rockers and bottom of the doors on my sub with it when I get the rust repaired. I just need to figure out which color matches the closest to the tan interior of my truck.

    If you keep the factory bumper and plastics it would be fine but if you trim the bumper or replace it with something a little more low profile the winch mount becomes the anchor.

    So I'm going to ask a dumb question I guess...….are the z71 bumps better than the ones under my LT? looking at pics of the z71 bumps they appear to be same as what I have....just black instead of yellow.

    Seems to be doing great but I don't put a ton of miles on it I bet I have less than15 tanks of gas on it since I installed it, I have noticed a little more noise from the rear end and I can only imagine the hard second gear shift has something to do with it. It took me a Saturday to do the install.

    this was just a normal take off nothing hard and it was still so loud the camera muffled the video...

    the exhaust is back together I ran out of .30 flux core wire and only had .35 my 110 HF welder doesn't have enough juice to really sink in the .35 wire like the .30 but I used it anyways...it glues thin metal together.LOL And yes I sprayed self etching primer on the welds... What for you say...
