Diesel 911 additive in the tank, cycle the glow plugs twice (or more). This should get it going well below freezing. Do you know if your glow plugs are working? What oil are you using? Exactly how cold was it? When was the last time you changed your fuel filter/drained your water separator?

Go ahead and open carry into the front office of your local middle school. You might actually get the chance to plead your case to the Supreme Court directly.
"Some states have overstepped their bounds and place these requirements."
No, it has been proven in Supreme Court that they have *not* overstepped their bounds in doing so.
(By scholars of Constitutional Law, which you are not)
With regards to Federal Laws limiting 2A, here's some light...
Don't take this the wrong way but are you delusional?
"It will be a sad day if the government starts requiring us to get training in order to exercise our constitutional rights."
This has been reality for longer than any of us have been alive - and its been upheld in court to be Constitutional.
I can't do another day of this thread, I'll leave you guys with some reading if you want to do some further exploration of the topic.

Dude, all of those statements are either clearly my opinion that I don't think anyone should do it, or they are statements about how 2A has actually been interpreted and limited all the way up to the Supreme Court. I'm not infringing on anybody's rights - we have 50 individual states and a...
But they aren't, it has been decided at the Supreme Court level that States have the authority to apply limitations to the Second Amendment according to interpretation. Once again I'm only stating fact here - I even posted the quote from Scalia a few pages back. Are your refuting this?
I have been thoroughly accused of attempting to infringe on rights and being anti 2A in this thread, it's wild. Just because I don't think that people should open carry and because I recognize it as a privilege rather than a right.
"Constitutional carry" exists in states which have chosen not to evoke their Supreme Court affirmed authority to limit, or INFRINGE, upon the second Amendment.
The mere fact that some states have decided to enact limitations, and they have survived Supreme Court discretion, is self evident of...
Is New England not part of the United States? Does the Constitution not apply here? The precedent has been set, "constitutional carry" is an imaginary thing.
MOguy, I don't have the authority so it makes no difference.
Want to dictate...? I said I don't think people should do it.
As has been put forth, the ability to limit the right to keep and bear arms is extremely well established and confirmed all the way up to Scalia even.
Read up on Constitutional Law, please.
I believe that conceal carry is the more appropriate way to carry. I am extremely positive on gun ownership in general. Both my wife and I have CCP's, a safe at home full of toys, and she is actually on the board of directors for a high end private range in my area.
My first post in this thread...
Hardly. If someone chooses to ignore the blatant, case-law-supported fact that it's a privilege, not a Constitutional right, then they're in for a rude awakening one day.
No, that is for states to decide. And some have decided that open carry is illegal - there have been no successful challenges to these laws. Defacto case law that open carry is not a Constitutional right.
