    Camco Olympian Heater Setup Question.

I had my hose custom made at a propane supply outfit. I would imagine you could get anything you need (regulator, etc.) if you have something similar where you live. Good luck.

    Camco Olympian Heater Setup Question.

Chris. It's pretty simple if you already have a gas line to tap into. My install here: http://www.wanderthewest.com/forum/index.php?/topic/2549/

    Great fWC site...

Tragic indeed although there was a semi-happy ending in that he eventually acquired WTW user DLN's Eagle and is back in business and on the road.

    Baja Almanac

Word of caution for GPS users...the Lat/Long on pages 5-6-7 is incorrect. The Lat/Long shown on those pages really is the data for page 4 and has just been copied to the later pages. This discovery was made over on Baja Nomad.

    Keystone Baja Pop Ups?

They've made the Keystone model for a long time, and yes, they've always had a good rep. Does it look something like this? http://www.turtleexpedition.com/vehicles/turtle4.php

No regrets whatsoever, the FWC is the best purchase I've ever made. As for advice, just know that you will need airbags for the suspension. If you are considering one I recommend you check out wanderthewest.com which is FWC/ATC user forum. You can probably get any questions you may have...

Four Wheel Camper - A Review

Also what have people done for fairings with the Tacoma? That is a substantial gap between the cab over and the cab. Sorry to interject but here is a post on Wander The West that addresses fairings, i think the jury is still out on how much benefit they provide MPG...

That be me. Trippy, small world indeed. You must've recognized the KC's. All is well, 53K and purrin' like a kitten. She's about ready for some new shocks after a couple more trips to the "tip" and back though. Good to hear from you. Hijack over.

    Camp saw

I've used a Sven saw for many years on my backpacking trips, they work great. I keep it in my camper now but have yet to use it. Great product.

Bought a kayak - some questions

As others have said it's easy to do but be sure to buy the correct hatch and a dry bag or two, you'll be fine. I've used mine plenty in the surf, it's been pummeled and rolled endlessly with no issues. Always be sure to drain it good after each use and leave a hatch open to dry out.

Haven't seen any mention of the Olympic brand catalytic heaters here...any reason? Been considering one for my FWC.
