With that amount on the front things should move easily. What was (before Kelderman) the front axle weight rating?
Today I was comparing 2018-2019 F450PU and F450/F550 Cab and Chassis rear suspension parts. It is surprising how many parts are the same.

We are in the same boat. Looking at what can be done to F450/550 so we can used it for towing and a daily driver once we arrive at our destination.

I use carbide tooling on Phenoic with the exception of bi-metal hole saws and fine tooth jig saw blades. Cooling the blade from the back side with air makes the blades last longer.

Tools or a surface that has been use prevoiusly with cutting fliud will transfer chemical that will cause the polycarbonate/Tufak/Lexan to crack.

Poor savings.....better off using PVC, HDPE or ABS board. Be disappointing going to all the work and have it crack.
I've seen allot of cast/injected molded poly in electrical enclosures but in the 1-2 weeks I've been around electricity have never seen sheet used as a backing board.
Polycarbonate may crack around the holes while drilling and around the mounting holes if there isn't room for thermal expansion.
Cracks may form around threaded fasteners
Chemicals including adhesive stickers will cause solvent stress cracking.
Easy to scratch.
Make sure the wire (NOT the inverter) is protected with the correct size fuse or breaker so if you forget or the next owner that doen't know uses it there won't be a fire.
