Pick up a $25 Amazon clamp on ammeter that reads DC amps then you'll know if the panel is working. If it's been working then why change...........
I would avoid putting a controller in the engine compartment.
Household AC units are not made to bounce down the road.....but they are cheap enough that you can buy 4 of them for the cost of one Domentic roof unit
If the alternator is 130A or 200A the Victron 12/200 with a 100A fuse will regulate the charge to the (not the FLA) Lithium to 80A?
Good to know about the 0.5C. Looks like BB is the same but that's "marginally" better than my FLA. :)
If the alternator is trying to push 130A and the battery is accepting 130A then a 100A fuse between both will either blow or generate heat. Heat degrades fuses.
100Ah Lithium will accept 100A without damage
150Ah Lithium will accept 150A without damage

80A is 1h to full (20-100%)...
We were going to buy a 2019 Forrester but have deciced to wait for the 2020 Outback with the 2.4 Tubo engine and 3,500lb towing. Not that we'll tow that much but I like a magin of overkill.
One more thing the stock Michelins are not very good..... horrible mud/snow tires. Ours were down to the wear marks after 18,000 (summer only) towing miles. We use BF KO2 in the winter.
I used the 77-97 on our trailer. Installed a switch on the front of the trailer so it can be turned off

I nest by hand starting with the large pieces. Before that I check and make sure the vectors are closed. I've had CAM software do strange things to open vectors.
Next the vectors are placed into layers OS CUT, IS CUT, MARKING then the vectors are grouped together as parts.

Don't use silicone....it doesn't bond to aluminum and some types of silicone contain acetate that will corrode aluminum.
The only thing I use silicone on is glass.
