Thats 8.8 is quite a bit beefier than even the 8.25, the whole thing, not just the ring gear size. Housing, tubes etc, and there is a pretty large aftermarket supply for that axle. Hard to go wrong with that swap. I will likely start building one myself to replace my 8.25. I needed to go up to...

I hear ya man, its a cool set-up for sure. What software are you getting? Delorme seems to work best for downloadable, but its not cheap. The maps are very nice though.

Pretty much thats it. I use my phone as a hotspot for internet based maps, and use the downloadable maps for when I dont have cell service. There are tons of things you can do with it though! ~ Stump
