Need inexpensive battery with a lot of storage, longevity not important

even at the 20 hour rate though, how does that compare to a better quality battery that costs 3x as much or more? I just checked, and the Optima Yellowtop battery in the same size has a 20 hour capacity of 66Ah, and costs $264.99. For a long term solution that needs to be uber reliable, I...

Need inexpensive battery with a lot of storage, longevity not important

http://www.walmart.com/ip/20531543 this one? Is it really 122 aH? that's 1.4kWh right? That seems far higher than I was expecting, I just want to confirm that that's right.

    The best adventure travel boots.

don't know if it's been said, but you kinda can't go wrong with just a pair of LL Bean duck boots. Waterproof, flexible enough to drive in, comfortable, and only $109. Plus, if you wear them out, decide you don't like them, you can return them. Even if they're completely trashed.

Need inexpensive battery with a lot of storage, longevity not important

Does anybody have a recommendation for a "house" battery to use that can store the most aH for the least money. The number of deep cycles it can stand is not important, it is only temporary and will probably only get used a couple of times.

Lally's journey: Alaska to Argentina to Africa to Ireland

it is my absolute dream to do something like this. I'm envious of your children, they'll learn more from this experience than anything else in their lives and be truly amazing and interesting people afterwards.

More proof that Jeep is the leader in 4x4 overland vehicles

Older jeeps are so reliable and desirable that NGOs around the world have been racing to snap up models from the 80s and 90s. oh wait....

More proof that Jeep is the leader in 4x4 overland vehicles

What's funny about this, is that it's Jeep owners who are always going on and on about how their vehicles are so superior because it's "proven" technology, and "classic." So in this analogy the Jeep is the rotary phone and the Land Cruiser is an iPhone

I just bought a new Kelty sleeping bag that I'm really impressed with. They're about the same price as the ones you're looking at.

Autocad design of 100-series cargo area?

maybe. Those don't look like the interiors are modeled though, at least not in the detail required to design something to go into the interior.

More proof that Jeep is the leader in 4x4 overland vehicles

that is not an accurate analogy at all. Climbing Everest without oxygen is a deliberate goal, kind of like driving across Africa in a Jeep. It wouldn't be fair to say they planned poorly because they used a Jeep instead of a Land Cruiser, that would be a much more accurate analogy.

Autocad design of 100-series cargo area?

I know this may be an odd question, but does anybody have an autocad or other rendering of the interior of the cargo area of the 100 series? If not I'm going to be setting out to take as many measurements as necessary to start working on something like this in order to facilitate building a...
