What the hell, I will add my 1 cent. Having had the privilege to serve my country for most of my adult life has resulted in being sent to some not so fun places. Gas or diesel don't matter seen both on my travels. I prefer diesel but am currently running a 2010 Ford Escape with 210,000 miles...
Thanks for the schedule. I'm going to try and make it to the Toledo jeep fest. I'm curious to hear how much the African continent has changed. I was there in the mid 90's. Once again congratulations on completing your journey.
I'm going to order a copy also, I got your first book and am looking forward to this one. Not sure if you mentioned it,but are you planning any speaking tours?
Congrats Dan, been following along. Spent some time in Africa way back in the 90's. Mostly Liberia, and Sierra Leone. Beautiful continent. Safe travels to you
I will admit I have never driven the eco boost, but I want to. Drove a tundra liked it a lot, now I just have to get my a** behind the wheel of a eco boost. Have a friend who has one he swears by it.
Wow, what started as a debate has turned into heated discussion. There both good trucks; both have strong, and weak points. Rite tool for the rite job, but I will keep watching this thread. Both sides have valid arguments, guess it falls into personal preference. My opinion give me four wheels...
Nice looking truck. I been on the fence about the Colorado, how would you rate the over all reliability? I need a new used truck for bow hunting and what not. I have to ask where did you find a snorkel?
Nothing wrong with an escape. I have one with 210k and going strong. Oh love your Ford. A F150 is on my short list as soon as I'm out of nursing school
