You use hooks when you fish, or bare hands? I have friends who look at it as a life is a life, no qualifiers like fuzzy and cute. Everything just trying to stay alive as best it can. No judgement here, we all trying to get thru as best we can.

Beating a dead horse, but.... Hiking boots?

I think when you get into high quality, it's pretty hard to beat synthetics. They dont dry out in harsh environments, and they dont stretch out of shape when worn wet. Beating a dead horse, but.... Hiking boots?

Beating a dead horse, but.... Hiking boots?

Custom boot makers will tell you to steer clear of soaking your boots and walking them dry to break in. Especially leather lined, the lining can shrink, stretch pr pull loose from the boot. And if you have to cut sections of the footbed out, youre not buying the right size.

Beating a dead horse, but.... Hiking boots?

Why not just buy a pair that fit right to start with and forgo all that walking in wet boots and cutting the footbed out.

    2018 Subaru Crosstrek

It's slow, but painfully slow, not really. Painfully slow is any Jeep running a stock 258 with manual transmission, or maybe an FJ40 geared where it's wound so tight at 65 the pistons try to swap holes, painfully slow is a 61 Chevy Apache with a 235 and 3 speed. Thats painfully slow, youre just...
