Just know that the software will set you back close to $100 if it doesnt come with it. You can load topo, city navigator or any of the other software.

Water bags work through evaporation. I wouldnt call it icy cool, but its probably 20º to 30º than ambient temps. I havent seen those water bags in awhile. There used to be some importers from south africa that had some, and there was an outdoors shop in Vegas that sold them.
I'm really thinking of the ability to communicate with the bro-inlaw without having to put up with all the normal traffic. My current CB is a handheld that I plug into an external antennae and the cig lighter. The rest of the time it stays in the emergency bag. We use it when traveling in tandem...
Anybody try one. I will eventually go 2M but I'm thinking about picking up a ssb/cb to communicate. Bro inlaw said he was thinking of one, just curious if the 12 watts makes a big difference.
I'm thinking of my next tent being a whelen tent, or the campfire tent. I use an old Kelty domolite 4 now and its been a good one. But just something about the whelen or campfire that I like.

New guy here, be careful with the dry ice in a closed vehicle. As it sublimates you can displace the 02 in your vehicle.
Also, I go with block ice, and have never had a problem with warm butter or cheese. Never had it go bad in a reasonable amount of time. Cheese can be wrapped in cheese cloth...
