i really like this trailer do you know how much the metal ended up costing you? I plan to to do the same thing and put a cooler type system and swing out grill on mine with a triangular tongue on front with gas can/water can storage. very nice!!

hole saw wont hold the pilot bit tight enough so it spins inside the saw, i have 4 holes, just not a 3 1/4 size hole yet.. 2moro, typing w one hand sliced my left index finger
