The LnR system works great!!! When used with silent hitch pins, you don't even know you have a trailer behind you. Had it up to 80mph a couple times during passing and no problems. Outside of the cost to get into the system, I would put it on any trailer I own. For now it's only on the Kamparoo.

I think part of the problem of not finding these is that most are bending their own (or whoever is building the part). Most light bar and roof racks are bent in a U for each half and then welded (or bolted) together at a one joint so in reality you are only using two pieces of tubing jointed...

Without seeing it in person not 100% sure but looking at the pictures of the I beam style cross bars, I would say you could leave it unsupported in the front. IIRC, your two front to rear bars and set in about 4" so the open span is not all that wide, like 2'. I would say you are good. Hey...
