I.have.31 inch tires. If I drive on 6th gear at 75 mph the RPM is at 1750 that's were over 25 MPG comes. But the motor without Turbo doesn't have enough torque. For the 6th gear all the time. So Turbo will be just awesome Or I may supercharge it. This summer Its.amazing that even over 300 lb...

Yes I got 6 speed viper trans Now. Everything used as far as clutch. master.pedals etc. All GM. Bolt on parts. If u can use lt230 on ur project it will be sweet they r very strong durable units. I wish I could put Dana 60 on my rover. Because the original land rover duff's and axles are just trash.

I say the real rover is the one that has only rover body. Everything else is non rover. Haha ERIC

MIKE make sure u have a CHECK valve right after the fuel pump, u have to have it, hummers have 3 check valves , thats for the engine not to starve going up hills . when fuel pump gets hot the efficiency drops to 3 psi, so valve is a must . and also if u can relocate the pump to more cooler...

twice last year driving true dirt roads, i heard a snake very loud rattling on my rover , never seen it, but i heard . when i stopped and looked out he was there coiled up ready to strike my ugly smelly rover :)

also its good idea to have a walking stick or something and hit on the rocks and ground during the walk, snakes cant hear but will feel the vibration true the ground that something is approaching and hopefully get the hell out of the way ERIC
