Problems getting text in there;
Pic 1 is measurement from frame to outer tire on driver side, other measure is passenger. Others are the leaf twist and overload spring pulling out (pic is top looking to rear). Passenger side is pretty much inline, just a slight pull to drive side. Just wondering...
Both leafs are not sitting level on a vertical plane (if that makes sense) both have a small twist towards drive side. I called Wheelers, he thinks could be a broken center pin, would that cause this? I tried pics with iPhone but really cant see, Ill pull wheel tonight try to get some pics and...
I was just out doing post trip inspection and happen to notice my rear axle is offset to drivers side by about 1/2 inch. Is this normal? Measurements taken from frame to tire (looking down from top of tire). Everything as far as leafs, shackles, u-bolts, mounts etc, look to be good. Only thing...
Im still considering doing the front receiver hitch with winch cradle, it looks like hitch would sit just below the plastic valance/license plate. Still have not see anybody with pics but it looks like it would tuck up without much loss in clearence and would not need to remove skid like Gen 2...
I like the pop-up style (J30); to fit my 04 double cab would have to overhang cab (2 ft?), I would not want barndoors, would go base no frills.
When you are in sleeping mode and you have to get up at night, do you have to re-arrange everything to open the hatch?

Pulled everything apart, doesnt seem to be the movement in there I saw before...all looks good, guess Ill just hang tight see if it gets worse or if am able to replicate sound in garage to help narrow it down. Sitting tight for now

Rear leafs are right/left specific, and only a year old, visually all bushings look fine from what I can see of them. Going to pull wheel tomorrow see if anything obvious.
Can anyone tell me what kind of play in/out is acceptable on the axle shaft?

Update: Well I knew it was just too much of a coincidence for ABS and a light to out at the exact same time and be unrelated...a squirrel or a rat ate the main wiring harness at the firewall, many wires severed, bare copper showing and the Tacoma kept running. I have a rental car now until it...
04 Tacoma Dbl cab; at start up tonight ABS warning light on dash stays lit and my driver turn signal out. How are these 2 related? I will get new bulb for signal, but what about ABS? ABS is not operational. I'll check fuse but anything else I should be aware of?
