    2021 Titan XD Pro-4X

Great looking truck. Jealous of the yellow! Best of Titan colors and am bummed they stopped offering it. After 3 silver SUVs I wanted something bright and the red alert red was the best available for the 2020s.

Frame Strength, Who to Believe! The RV Sales Guy or the New Truck Dealer? Maybe Neither?

Statics vs dynamics and there's a lot more to the equation. Regardless, the frame on a wrecker is reinforced.

Frame Strength, Who to Believe! The RV Sales Guy or the New Truck Dealer? Maybe Neither?

This is why I have a 300lb camper on a full size truck with a 1400 payload. Surprised we don't see more Tacomas and Tundras with cracked frames. Seems like every build is over payload. It's amazing how little attention folks pay to weight.

Got a build thread? I am also in CO.

    2021 Titan XD Pro-4X

Thanks! I still think they're the best fullsize on the market especially for the real world price. If this had a Toyota logo on it people would be all over it. No current plans for bumpers. They're awfully heavy and pricey. I don't make it a habit of just ramming rocks with this rig. I wouldn't...

Overland Vehicle for 5 + Dog

Bump up the budget and get a fullsize crew cab truck. I like the Titan XD but there are many great options.

    2021 Titan XD Pro-4X

Titan has seen a lot of use across the Rockies the past few months mostly on hunting trips and daily duty. It certainly continues to impress over the 19k miles I've put on it since purchasing last Sept. It remains comfortable, dead reliable, powerful, and capable in relatively nasty conditions...

    2021 Titan XD Pro-4X

Yah, the photo size limit keeps me from posting here much. The Nokians are great. Quiet, durable, and have worked well in a variety of On/Offroad conditions. I really like how they don't hold gravel like other ATs. Would definitely replace them with the same and would be my recommendation...

OVRLND CAMPERS ONLY : Post your OVRLND Camper build here or a link to your build thread to inspire others!

Curious to see folks wind deflectors. After running into 75-100mph head winds on the interstate for 7 hours I am curious about installing one. I have an extended/king cab so there's limited roof mounted options and it'll be good to see what creative minds have come up with. Titan had plenty of...

The windows to me are a waste. It's a small space and windows are thermally really inefficient. Expensive and I don't see a benefit but that's me. Looking back I probably wouldn't go with the barn doors. I find them more of a hassle than the benefit of standing on my tailgate. Torn on my AF...

    Upland Hunting - General

Not quite upland hunting but our search for grouse turned in to spot n stalk waterfowling haha. First hunt equaled 6 birds. Ghille's first retrieve was a lucky one shot double and he pulled it off flawlessly. Pretty fine showing for a 9 month old pup! I think we're both hooked.

New All Terrain Tire from Nokian, Outpost AT

I've had mine on some pretty rocky roads here in CO. So far so good. Seem to be holding up better than my bfgs did.

Need help choosing between a new Roush ford ranger, Colorado zr2 (gas) or a Toyota Tacoma.

The Tacoma has a miserable drivetrain and ergonomics. In the midsize the Ranger Tremor is the best all arounder after driving them all. The new Colorado/Canyon might be the new bestest but I haven't driven one. After doing a really thorough drive of all midsize and full size trucks on the market...

Working perfectly. I went right over the rivets, added a couple of grommets to the panels, a couple of screws, vhb tape along the edge and 3m sealant around the leading edge/ sides. Zero issues, 275w of power.

This is a full load out for archery elk. I had nothing in the cab and 5 days of supplies, archery target, two massive coolers, camp kitchen etc. and still plenty of room to get dressed, hangout in front of the heater, etc. 6.5' or 8' bed is the way to go.

Titan XD is a solid crew cab standard bed option too. My king cab regular Titan has enough room for adults in the back but it's like an airplane seat. I so rarely have anyone back there that the smaller overall truck works well. Lots of good options these days!

    Upland Hunting - General

Hoping for Sage Grouse, Dusky Grouse, Ptarmigan, Pheasant, and Sharptail (doubtful to find any public birds). Also have a fall turkey tag and will be chasing waterfowl later. Prior to that I have archery elk, rifle elk, rifle mule deer in MT, and late season mule deer and pronghorn rifle back...
