A Tremor with the Torsen front (arguably better for real world driving conditions besides crawling) is 55k....15k buys a lot of shock and bumper.

I would get a GX460 before I would get a 4runner. They are similar price but the GX is much much nicer. I loved mine for what it was but I won't go back to not having a truck.

I built a vented to the outside propane locker for two 5lb tanks on the storage box (little box on top of bigger one). I needed it to stay narrow as a fullsize is wide enough. Hose stays disconnected except during use. Similar set up to what folks use on boats.

AF cabover is the cnc bent 1 piece (newer design option). I just crawl up in the bed to raise/drop the front while the rear is up. I can do it with out climbing up just standing in the back of the truck bed but it takes a bit more effort and I would need to build an extension for the locking arm.

My ovrlnd camper weighs under 350lbs on a 78" truck bed.

Get an ovrlnd camper. Quality is higher and it fits the truck better and it's cheaper and there's less lead time.

Just fyi I picked up a loaded 2020 Titan Pro4x with 9k miles and a bumper to bumper 100k mile warranty for less than any of these...

For anyone else with the AF or standard bed height it's super easy to raise and lower the camper with the bed fully deployed. With my bed length it leaves plenty of room down below and means no moving of any bedding.
