    A sneak peak

Very clean set up Rob. How was the install on the sliders? Do you think you can provide us an undercarriage view? Also, what radio, antenna, and mount are you using?

    Which one?

That's a good find man. Nice work!

    Which one?

Concur on the wheel bearing! Buy Timken units and a super easy replacement, do both sides at the same time and may as well do the CV boots while you are in there. On that note, axle seals too. All of that is relatively cheap and you’ll get a lot of life out of it right away. The list is in my...

LR3/LR4 Hitch Options for a Bike Rack

Good thoughts on that. Yah had the Rhino been out at the time, I would not have purchased the OEM paperweight. Keep us posted on how it works out!

LR3/LR4 Hitch Options for a Bike Rack

Do you have the factory hitch adapter that goes under your rear frame mount? If not, for your purposes I would just look around and find one of these on the used market. I found mine on eBay years ago for less than $200 if I remember right; maybe even less now that I think about it. If you do...

    Sand Rover?

This picture does not do it justice, however, the flag should be an indicator since it's required in the Imperial Sand Dunes! I run 18 psi on the fronts and 22psi in the rear (Keynote, I'm on 17" KM2's) for 90% of my offroad driving. I do air down to about 15psi for sand specific driving since...

    Full length rack noise

I would agree with that wholeheartedly! When I had a corrosion issue on the corners of my rack, they settled up with a brand new set and arrived expedited shipping in a few days. Considering the rack was years old, they understood it was an old manufacturing problem on their end........no...

Anyone got a spare LR3 LCA with a bad bushing?

Take it to a welder and have them bevel and weld the cut line! Sand it down and you're good to go. Probably be less than a $20 repair.

    Bought a couple of 110's

I'd definitely be interested when it has a Utah Title and the customs is done! Of course, then the price-tag goes up but of course the advantage is we can actually drive it! hahaha

My LR3 lightweight storage platform build (UPDATED: actual dimensions on pg 4)

Yeah, I have the 1/2" full sheet too. I planned to use the 3/4" for vertical supporting with lightening holes but now seeing your aluminum frame design I think it might be more viable to run more cross supports under the platform. I think the manufacturer recommends support for 1/2"...

My LR3 lightweight storage platform build (UPDATED: actual dimensions on pg 4)

I have a full sheet of 1/2" black starboard on the side of the house for my project as well. I'm taking detailed notes of your design to tailor to mine......which means I'm pirating your ideas...hahahaha I have a 1/2" sheet and planning on picking up a 3/4" sheet as well since after knowing...

    Disco 3/4 Communication Radio Installs

How did you fasten it to the headliner? I don't think I trust my headliner for weight! hahaha

    Disco 3/4 Communication Radio Installs

@Ray_G Great write up and placement. I too am removing the smoker set up and will be placing my head unit or something else in that area; depending on how the final console design fairs. Ideally, the position of your Yaesu is where my head-unit/faceplate would go. I plan to angle it down...

    Disco 3/4 Communication Radio Installs

Sounds exactly like the install set-up knowledge I am looking for! I would love to see the set up if you have some time to post up here or PM direct! Thanks for the response, I think this is a good feed for many to follow who may be into doing some radio stuff on the 3/4!
