you could get a couple frames, legs, extensions, flat burner, gas grill, and some inserts for that much. you could go from no IGT to a serious set up for $1900
by repair are you just wanting to close up the hole? or are you thinking of a way to make it look new again?
you can sew a patch on the inside or outside or maybe even use a gear aid patch or similar tenacious tape type patch. there isn't a lot that can be done to fix a hole other than that...

i have a black 3U and a black 4U that I use in my house.
There is no way the black frames or legs would even make it to camp let alone back home without being scratched all to hell though
they really should just black anaodize the frames and legs, or do the same powder coat that is on the...
unless you find one randomly for sale online that is cheap, there is no such thing as far as I can tell. Its hard to even find one for sale let alone cheap.
honestly if you put a couple strips of say 2-3" wide and 1/8" thick stainless across it to prop up a stove it will work mostly the same though
i think it comes down to 3 main things...
1 - do you have the space to carry the bigger one when you take it out for picnics or camping?
2 - do you plan on cooking for 4+ people regularly and would use 2 burners (or more) at once?
3 - do you plan on only having 1 frame? or 2 plus?

ill finally have all the modern 1 unit cooking options!
still need to find me 1 or 2 of the 2unit frames

better option would be to get a baja burner (cheaper) and a cast iron skillet...or just any old skillet that you already have ?♂️
then you can add an IGT frame to it later if you are just starting out. people who just want an all in one package for table top cooking and no intention of...
can't decide if i like it or not yet... im not sure why but something about it makes me feel like they tried too hard when they could have gone more simple and probably lowered production costs too and still acheived the same style of table idea
I have the stainless MyTable version and have a 1unit stainless tray as the bottom shelf for it and its been quite awesome!
its not a super duty table by any means... but its a solid side table or mini camp table when i want to go light and fast to use a backpacking stove to make coffee after a...
i think they still make bags and such... the dude has basically cut ties with them a couple years ago and started making his own knock offs and custom items under the drifta stockton brand. i think all that branded stuff is made in thailand? not sure though. some of it looks legit... some of it...
