Well it's finally not as hot as the gates of hell in Texas, so I've had a chance to do a few things and pick up where I left off. I got some new clips to replace the dry rotted ones that were not holding the headlights in well. Also got a full set of Diode Dynamics bulbs to replace everything...

We made it yesterday. Absolutely STUNNING here in the Chickasaw Nation. Basically nobody around, and the spring fed creek is about 30 yards from us.

We used too, but one year we woke to big cat tracks around our camp, and one year we didn't see tracks, but there was bear scat about 30ft from our tent. From that point I decided we would be inside a trailer or camper.

The trailer is for the boys, and the wife and I use the truck camper. Everyone has their own space. The boys share a full size mattress, and it really makes for an enjoyable experience. This is inside the trailer.

Agreed. Our rig with the Hallmark and the trailer with the 37s and my untouched Cummins G56 combo hand calculated is 11.8 average. I don't think him getting 11 is bad at all. Now when tooting around trails and basically idling around, it's been 5 days so far every day driving, so that helps...
