I'll re route the wiring and the hose clamp(s) at end of season.
So far after several dozen kms of washboard gravel road with ruts and potholes we arrived at our campsite with only some items on the floor. One upper cupboard door opened and then closed itself, it was shut tight but some of the...
One dealership has a Supercab XLT with 2.7 and PP. But it has 301a and some other knick knacks I don't want. 53K ?
I don't need a super duty with the new trailer, but the 3.7 NA on oversized tires, stock gears, and no select shift isn't cutting the mustard in the wind, so imagine it won't do...
Falcon tow/haul. Adjust setting when towing and hauling, set to normal for street.
New rear leaf pack, or an add a leaf, but I'd lean towards a new multi leaf pack.
Maybe Billy 6xxx series if available but I don't think the rears have an adjustable dampening setting.
Re read his post man.
I don't want to be a ******** but he has a 180° stat and upgraded intercooler and an aux oil cooler.
And as a Canadian I can even say those temps he towed at aren't hot
I'll build my own, less nice looking one for less.
Was thinking Falcon adjustable shocks, new leaf pack. RCI skids.
Ford won't offer any Supercab trucks so can't give them my money.
That's a stellar deal for this year.
I did note that April the prices were lower than May.
For the time being I'm going to keep driving my current truck, and see how hard it is to add select shift. At this rate I don't know if prices for things will ever go down. Our industry is being hit with...
Did you end up putting on a higher class hitch?
And if so, is the Impreza even rated for a higher class hitch and any towing? I was under the impression the hitch they had was meant for accessories like bike racks.
How fine is the resolution on your multimeter?
I'll check my 2014 later but I doubt it's the same set up, especially as mine didn't have the OEM tow package.
The amperage from the truck to the trailer battery would be pretty low as the wire size is tiny I think, and those fridges are power hogs...
Reminder I live in Canada's ******** hole aka Winnipeg Manitoba, and our dollar is worth maybe 80 cents of the US dollar. Also, the Berlin Wall is still up between our countries.
I don't have 60-80 grand for a truck, and I don't like chrome.
I'm hoping an XLT ford can be had for 40k again next year and I'll live with chrome. But I'm not giving them 50 k for a Supercab XLT.
Trucks have become stupid. My 2014 was 32k new in 14. Used to be able to buy a GM custom for low...
There was only one Trailboss on the local lot and it was an LT.
The front skid plate is still plastic. The engine one is steel instead of plastic like the non trail boss trucks.
The Transfer case skid is only attached to one cross member. Chinsey.
A friend has the 6.2 and 8 speed and had that...
Was there any rear control arm and track bar upgrades available for the WK?
And are they even needed with 2" of lift?
I'd also do all the fluid changes for differentials and transfer case with the age and miles unless the shop that rebuilt the motor did it all at same time.
IIRC and as others...
