This is one of our latest creations. This was a custom build for one of our customers, he didn't want the plate style bumper.
For those of you building a 2x chevy van, what options have you used or seen to lift these?
Thanks
The rear section of the frame had to go! The rear suspension is going to be a 3 link and the stock frame wouldn't allow it to travel as far up as it needed, plus its ugly without a bed on it.
Winch Bumper
We just got this back from powder coating and installed it on the customers van! This bumper powder coated in mini text stands out great on this white sportsmobile. Im sure he will put it to good use on his adventures!
Headlights & Fiberglass Fenders
With the new front suspension on, I wanted to change up the front a little more. I got rid of the old head lights and bezel and added these new black one piece and new corner lights. For under $100 it was $$ well spent on the improved appearance.

Toyota Tundra Build
Back in the shop and she was torn apart in time! Completely removing the dash in order to roll the Roll cage behind and tight to the windshield pillars. It didnt take long before the main tubes for the cage were in place. For this build I used 1.750x .120 cromolly for the...
This is more of a pre-runner truck then your normal expedition type vehicle, although i would have to say we have been on some fun adventures with it! I started with a 2001 Toyota Tundra TRD extra cab because i wanted to be able to run 3 seats in it although now it holds three and a been...
I dont want to side track this thread, i will do another with more pics and specs on the Toyota Tundra.
I ran the first suspension for over 10 years, last year i decide it was time to freshen everything up a bit and removed the Bilsteins that i had been running and try out the FOX shock with...
van build
This is a pic of the original 6" lift I did on it along with the new graphics. NOt wanting to get to crazy with tire size, i ran a 265x75x16 tire.
This is pretty much the way she has been until last year when I started to continue on the build.

You guys here on EP were the first to get to see this bumper built. It is on the site now

In our continuing effort to bring you quality products made here in the USA, we have came up with a new winch style bumper. The biggest difference between our previous winch bumper and this one is the hidden winch. For those of you who do not like the look of the winch mount on top or how large...
6" suspension kit
With more and more trips to Baja and using the van as a chase vehicle it was necessary to lift it. Here is a pic of the first kit that I put on the van, and with the new lift we had to install new decals. I decided to keep the 16" wheels, but if I were do it again I...
This is my build....
I would love to start with a new van and show you what i am doing currently to my Ford E250 but this build started in 2002. SO here is a little prequel to what is going on currently as i dig up old pics of my personal van.
IN the beginning... She was actually white but to...
Hey guys, We added a fox steering stabilizer to our lineup of Ford E Series parts. This will work with all of our kits and most likely some of the other guys including stock vans. ( we are yet to install on a stock van so cannot guarantee it will work)
The kit includes the Fox Steering shock and...
We finished up the Xterra bumper and the customer loved it, and is headed out for a 3 day trip on the Mojave Trail to do some testing. Here is the final product..
That is not a bad deal but i believe that is the third row seats and the second row work better. I have second row sienna seats in mine and they look different then these. MY 2 cents..
