What area is this? I'm moving to Boulder/ Littleton in August from Massachusetts ... I know of a few areas such as chinanans and carnage in BV and lefthand up in boulder. I want to make sure I stay the trail when I arrive.
I pull a 1947 Bantam BT3C behind my 2003 grand Cherokee that's equipped with an rtt and some other goodies... It does great and is very similar to that Spen you speak of.
I have a 1947 Bantam T3 trailer in good condition, however the landing leg... the part that swivels down cracked in half..... but the part that bolts on, the" D looking part" is fine...... i saw one for a M100 trailer and they look very similar, will this casting work as a replacement...
this is what i have so far... mounted the RTT to the stake pockets using proline crossrack and rain gutter mounts and also installed an ammo box on the tongue

Bought this gem today up in new hampshire, its a 1947 Bantam BT3 C 1/4 ton trailer. I had been looking all over the place for a M416 or a C101 but the ones I could find were either rusted out or were commanding exorbitant prices... I'm going to start building this out to be a expedition trailer...

It seems as if all of the places that sell RTT's in America are out of stock of, or do not sell the base model Mombasa or something of a similar vein ( the ones that go for $725-$850). does any one know of where I could possibly find one soon as I'm getting ready for an extended trip and I dont...
