After you get the axel number go to the Dana Expert and enter your axel number. It will give you information about your axel. Be sure to ask more questions so you understand exactly what you have. I did not and bought the wrong locker for my semi float axel so am selling it.

One option is a Sportsmobile type penthouse roof. There are several several up fitters that do this type of work. GTRV in Canada has the lowest roof line. ANother is Colorado Camper Van.

Have been thinking about PVC pipes for tanks as well. Did some math and came up with the following.
6" pipe holds 1.5 gallons per foot and the water will weigh 12.5 pounds per foot. Six foot will hold 9 gallons and weigh 75 pounds plus the weight of the PVC.
4" pipe holds 0.65 gallons per foot...
That looks more like a thermoelectric cooler than an actual refrigerator. TE coolers work reasonably well if you start with cold items. They take a long time to cool something down from room temp. Had one in our van and it is worked pretty well for short trips. The one in the link may work...
