It appears that bidding will be restricted to only current Mr. Fusion® powered DeLorean owners, as the bidding closes almost 6 weeks (40 days) prior to it opening for bidding.
Until Jon can post the details of his system, here is the setup that John Rhetts built for his FM260 Click for Wash System
More 'wash' orientated, but with different filters, perhaps a potable water source. I sure like the idea of a UV light in Jon & Heather's system for potable water.
I'll keep an eye out for how you build your as that is a good idea.
Down the road, I'll mount one of my spares (the other will be on the cab roof) to the back of the camper. I figure if a 15+ inch wide tire is back there I might as well add a15 inch deep exterior box on the other side. So those...
I'm pretty much in the same boat. While I have a drop-down bumper to comply with 49 CFR § 393.86 (it also protects my main fuel tank as that is between the frame rails at the very end of the frame). My camper is angled out like his will be, so 12" behind the flatbed. But the camper starts at 51"...
I was going to add a Laughing Face Like to your post, but in remembering that I have an 8.1 liter gas engine, that would be like the pot laughing at the kettle for being black soot covered (better stay out of trouble)
Why the 10" crossbox/tunnel? I figured you would be trying to keep it as short as possible as you had to go to a crewcab, so every inch in length counts? Just for more storage, or so everything lines up correctly? What are you figuring for overall length, right around 24 feet, depending on the...

The dogs would have been nice and cool, and you could even reach out and scratch their heads as you drive...
Had you thought about using yellow porch lights? Red has an even longer wavelength, but that might attract the wrong 'elements' to your campsite.
If you can’t dissuade bugs from being attracted to light, the best thing homeowners can do is use lighting that insects can’t see. Larvae...
Amazing work! What a great starting truck. Single cabs are pretty darn rare these days, so one with a flatbed and non-dually was a find. Awesome aluminum skills!
But we do need a little thread-drift to hear about this.
Quoted shipping of £3600 ($5000), from their depot to the docks in Tacoma, Washington via RORO (so it includes the ground transportation in England). This is for a 6x6 Duro II, so a U1300L or LR might be cheaper as they are shorter.
Direct link to the full Craigslist ad if anyone wants it. Bend, Oregon posting but the location shows in the panhandle of Idaho.

Same here. PC with Windows 10 Pro, they are working fine with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox.
BTW, a great thread! Thanks for the enjoyable stories and great photos. (y)
