Yea, for me it has a lot of positives... Large inside, side door, pass through, gen etc.. would be a fun project just to see what you could do with it.
@shade Yea I think i am priced right given what it is. If it does not sell Ill just keep it in the garage and drive it on occasion. I don't for-see it losing value so I can just hang on to it. My first vehicle ever was a 1982 Jeep scrambler so this is "kinda" like having that all over again.

@OverlandNA I have included a pic of the area you have circled and its the thick undercoating on the fender liner, Pic 4... I have also included some pics of the engine mounts, and various under engine pics.
Hope these help, I have crawled under every inch and nook of the underside of the jeep and the only thing that could be considered "rust" is the two bolts in the pics. Its covered in what looks to be factory sound proofing/undercoating. All of the underside of the oil pan, and trans is clean...
There are NO chips or nicks on any of the wheels including the spare, Also i have not even cleaned it up, its as i got it... so there is some light dirt underneath but no evidence its ever been in mud or sand.
