Picked it up yesterday from Bonner Sports & RV in Jersey Shore, PA. Couldn’t have had a better purchasing and pickup process - great people there.
Appointment was at 11am to pick up the tiny camper; goal was to leave at 7am. Ended up hitting the road at 7:30 and then also hit construction on...
I’d like to assume that the 100 lb limit accounts for the leverage forces, and likely why they lowered the weight limit.
Photo of the new receiver revision from earlier today. It’s labeled with a 200 lb warning.
My rack (Rockymounts Splitrail) weighs in right around 40 lbs, and each full-suspension mountain bike is around 25-30 lbs. I'll be right at the new "limit" with both bikes.
Having looked at the new setup, I'm not terribly worried.
Changes must have been made after yours was produced.
The one I saw today had the connections curbside above the battery hatch, and came with a 20 lb. tank holder in the cargo box - changes were confirmed with Keith.
The rear receiver revision started sometime on the 2019 production models...
It can - I spoke with the Intech rep (Keith) directly today about this at the Hershey RV show. You can just unbolt the factory hitch mounting and replace it with whatever you want.
Very impressed with the Flyer Pursue, though. Couple small tweaks for the 2020s - 20 lb propane tank bracket with...

Diesel Colorado (or Canyon) nets you an exhaust brake standard and integrated brake controller.
They're capable trucks, and real world mileage solo comes out around 25-30 MPG on the highway, which is really impressive.
If it's a southern truck, it should be rust free - just need to source an engine and probably smart to do a rebuilt trans.
The Trooper is a great truck, I had one as one of my first vehicles and aside from fuel economy, I loved it.

After Batsto, we hit the trails again, this time taking Washington Turnpike northeast towards Washington Speedwell Road.
There are several bridges and crossings in Wharton State Forest - this one is Hawkins Bridge.
I found that the wife can levitate.
And we also found some...
Went to Wharton State Forest yesterday to explore in the snow - it's not often south NJ gets more snow than north NJ or PA, but this was exactly the case. Ideally, I wanted to arrive early enough to catch the snow clinging to the pine trees, but... we're lazy and like to sleep, and didn't end up...
Envious.
We still haven't done our honeymoon - and here I am one year later. I'm thinking about doing something similar in Maine next September/October.
I've seen 20+ only a handful of times. Some were all highway at 70+, others were 55 MPH backroads and 2-lane highways.
