Thanks. Long way to go, but it's getting there.
Today I installed the axles / seals / Warn locking hubs / bled brakes / tie rods / steering arm. I still need to install the shocks and sway bar.
Either way, she's sitting on her own tires. Talk about a lot of work. UJOR doesn't charge enough...
I thought that the radius arm brackets unbolted from the inside. I was wrong. I cut one head off a bolt and still needed to get it out. My solution, weld another bolt to it.

I cant for the life of me get the radius arm bolts off. They don't seem rusted or anything. And on the passenger side, the exhaust is in the way, so I'll have to pull that off.
I'm going to try a propane torch. Worst case they will get the plasma cutter treatment.
I also got the ball joints...
I'm planning on 550hp on my van and plan on adding a 6.0 intercooler, and doing the lower alternator mount like Chris has done. Fuel bowl delete, and a custom t4 mount turbo with stainless intercooler piping.
It can be done, from what everyone else has said, not an easy job.
When installing Warn hubs, do I need to put all that stuff back on the axle first? Like the large hex washer / fiber washer / circlip? Or just install them without all that stuff?

Fan clutch.
4WD output shaft.
4WD transmission tail shaft steel housing with sensor hole.
Transmission rebuild kit. I'll be rebuilding the transmission myself.
I have a low mileage NV273 (electronic shift), but will probably go with a UJOR transfer case.
